Green Print collects and processes data when you browse or shop on Noted Print or create your Noted Print account. The data are necessary to conclude or perform the purchase, such as your name and surname, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number and payment details, telephone number, account password.

We may process your personal data in accordance with the regulations in force as follows:

  • to conclude and perform an agreement to which you are a party or to perform any pre-contractual activities;
  • to fulfil a legal obligation in compliance with tax law and other regulations;
  • to fulfil a legitimate interest of Noted Print, for instance to prevent a fraudulent activity and abusive conduct in violation of law or any contractual provisions applicable to Noted Print and the related services;
