How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on your order’s printing turnaround time and shipping options. Usually we printing turnaround is 5-12 working days, but if you have chosen Fast printing option, your order will be printed in 3 working days. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via courier service. Parcels sent by courier are delivered by DHL. We carefully pack all items to ensure they arrive at your desk in great condition and just as expected!
Which countries can you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
If I order variety of products, will they all be shipped at the same time?
If you are ordering variety of products as one order, then it will be shipped when all of the products will be ready. I you order products separately, they will be shipped as soon as they will be ready.
What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?
No worries, just send us your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible, we will update it. Contact us vie email help@notedprint.com or leave the message in our contact form.
Can you split my order between two or more addresses?
Sorry, we can't split your order. But if it is important to you to ship to different addresses, just create a separate orders with different addresses. That will work just fine!
Is the order price shown in product configuration window contains Duties&Taxes?
No, Duties&Taxes will be calculated automatically at checkout, right after you will enter your shipping address. Don't be surprised if no Taxes appears, there are some states where no Taxes will be added.
What kind of payment methods can I use?
We support payments made by Paypal or Visa, Mastercard. Choose what's suits you best!
If I order product for my business can I have a tax exempt?
Yes, in checkout step you will be asked to enter your business Tax number for applying tax exempt and no taxes will be added.
